As a corporate attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and finance, I recognized that the skills honed in the legal field—such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail—are highly transferable to the staffing industry. Seeking greater control over my schedule, I transitioned from corporate law to establish Talent Link Group. Leveraging my legal expertise, I am dedicated to connecting businesses with exceptional talent, ensuring precise and efficient matches that drive success for both employers and job seekers.

I am a hands-on business development executive and strategist with a passion for growing companies in the medical, behavioral health, clerical, and light industrial sectors. With a proven track record of success, I specialize in identifying, vetting, and placing the best candidates with our valued customers, ensuring the right fit and fostering rewarding, long-term partnerships.

As the former CEO and principal of the largest ATC franchisee in the country, I lead healthcare staffing services across the tri-state area, managing a workforce of over 1,000 nurses and healthcare professionals on a per-diem, contract, and permanent basis. Additionally, I oversaw ATC Travel Nursing, which provided travel nurses, as well as physical, speech, and occupational therapists, on a national scale.

In my consulting capacity, I have served as CEO to some of the leading staffing firms in the NYC market, guiding diverse business operations. My expertise includes managing staffing for the NYC Board of Education, such as school RNs, SLPs, PTs, OTs, and paraprofessionals. I also have extensive experience staffing behavioral health professionals, including direct support workers, psychiatrists, RNs, LPNs, behavioral intervention specialists, and special education teachers and aides, along with essential support staff like cooks, porters, and drivers.

Jada Anis is the Staffing Coordinator at Talent Link Group, bringing over eight years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through OPWDD services. She began her career as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and has steadily advanced through leadership roles, including Assistant Manager and Manager, before transitioning into her current position as Staffing Coordinator.

Her hands-on experience at every level of residential services has given her a deep understanding of quality care, compliance, team leadership, and workforce development. Jada is passionate about recruiting and placing compassionate, qualified professionals who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals they serve.
